If your return is rejected by the IRS, we will not charge you again to fix your errors and re-file it with the IRS. You can keep filing until your Tax return is accepted by the IRS.

The IRS requires that our software go through a rigorous series of tests. The chance of there being an error in our software is very small. If you discover a calculation or logical error in our software that led your return to be rejected, and you do not wish to continue filing your return with us we will issue you a refund.
